Ammazza Launches New Vegan Menu

Ammazza's new vegan menu is now available. Debuting today at their Decatur and Edgewood locations, the newly launched, all-vegan menu features five antipasto dishes, eight pizzas, dessert, and a kid’s section.

To start, expect a lineup of seasonal and vegan-friendly appetizers, such as Basil Salad, made with a mix of field greens, marinated artichokes, olives, red bell peppers, Roma tomatoes, and housemade basil vinaigrette and Orzo Salad with roasted cherry tomatoes and red peppers, capers, and roasted garlic. 

A standout selection of classic and craveable pizzas are also offered—and all 100 percen vegan. Highlights include the traditional Vegan Margherita, the fiery Vegan Inferno with spicy calabria peppers and vegan cheese, the Vegan Terra topped with wild mushrooms and truffle oil and the savory Vegan Arrostito, made with roasted garlic and red peppers, caramelized onions, and vegan cheese.   

In addition to the new vegan options, Ammazza will continue to offer their full menu of reimagined staples served in the Italian style—including antipasto, insalatas, pasta, pizza, and delightful dolces—available to enjoy alongside their beverage program of craft cocktails, beer, and small production wines.
