Mici Handcrafted Italian, a family-owned, fast casual chain based out of Denver, Colorado, will open their sixth location in Parker, Colorado on June 10 at 11 AM. The newest addition to the Mici Family is located at 11290 Twenty Mile Rd, Parker, CO 80134 in Parker Valley Center, off the intersection of Parker Road and Twenty Mile Road.

With a menu featuring family-recipe pastas, handcrafted pizzas, salads and more—all of which are available for dine-in, carryout, catering and delivery—Mici is a welcome addition to the dining landscape in the fast-growing Douglas County suburb.

In 2017, Mici brought on Partner and CEO Elliot Schiffer. Under Schiffer’s leadership, the company has already expanded to Boulder County with the opening of their fifth location in Lafayette, Colorado. In adding Parker to the Mici family, Mici has provided secure jobs at a fair wage to 40 new team members. With steadfast goals of company growth, Schiffer is beginning the process of franchising for the brand, and is scouting real estate for company locations seven and eight.

Schiffer says of the expansion, “Mici is family-oriented and loves being part of tight knit communities, like Parker. Our combination of generations-old family recipes made with high-quality, clean ingredients, and a modern-day convenient style of service are what make Mici so special. The last two years of growth for the brand have been exciting and successful, and we’re looking forward to what is to come.”
