Osteria Mattone Partners with Gigi's Playhouse to Curate and Serve Two Specials on October 28
For one night only, Osteria Mattone will welcome adult participants from GiGi’s Playhouse to work collaboratively alongside executive chef Eric Sell to create, prepare and serve two, authentic Italian specials.
A network of Down Syndrome Achievement Centers with over 46 locations across the nation (including one in Roswell), GiGi’s Playhouse strives to change the way the world views Down syndrome by sending a global message of acceptance for all and changing lives through free, therapeutic-based programs.
The organization will join forces with Osteria Mattone on Monday, October 28, to prepare two dishes during dinner service: homemade spaghetti and meatballs and a build-your-own pizza with select ingredients. When not crafting delicious Roman-inspired fare, participants will greet and serve guests throughout the dining room. Additionally, a portion of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to GiGi’s Playhouse.
Dinner service will be held at normal business hours from 5 – 9:30 p.m. To make a reservation, please visit osteriamattone.com.
