Pomo Pizzeria Launches New Summer Menu

Soon enough, 100-plus degree temperatures will be in full swing. This means it’s the perfect opportunity to cool off and try Pomo Pizzeria’s fresh new summer menu that are light and perfect for any occasion.

Pomo Pizzeria’s Summer Menu launches June 1 and will be available at three locations in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Gilbert.

New menu items include Antipasto like Prosciutto & Melone and Bruschetta Burrata. They are also introducing a new summer soup called the Estiva, a cold soup of fresh tomato, cucumber red onions, avocado, and evoo; lighter dishes also include a Panzanella Salad with heirloom tomato, mozzarella, caramelized peaches, red onions, cucumber, spring mix, arugula, basil, and croutons. Summer Pizza includes the Focaccina with burrata di bufala, prosciutto crudo san daniele, spring mix, heirloom tomatoes, arugula, orange, and olive dressing; and the Nirvana, with burata di bufala, stracchino cheese, prosciutto crudo san daniele, caramelized peaches, and arugula.

For dessert, guests can try their Carpaccio D’Ananas, which includes fresh pineapple sliced paper thin with orange grand marnier sauce and a scoop of blood orange sorbet.
