Romano’s Macaroni Grill Unveils New Tuscan Harvest Menu

With temperatures dropping and leaves beginning to fall, Romano’s Macaroni Grill invites guests to escape to the Tuscan countryside for “La Vendemmia,” meaning “the harvest” in Italian.

With the addition of autumn-inspired dishes—including classics such as Lamb Braciole and Pork Saltimbocca, as well as modern interpretations of time honored classics like the Pumpkin Spice Cannoli—the new Tuscan Harvest menu is sure to transport customers to the heart of Italy at a moment’s notice this fall and are now available at participating Macaroni Grill locations nationwide through the end of the year.

The new Tuscan Harvest menu from Macaroni Grill includes:

  • Mushroom Arancini: Fresh wild mushrooms rice balls served with a truffle alfredo sauce.
  • Spaghetti Carbonara: Bronze-cut pasta, smoky bacon, roasted tomatoes and asparagus served in a rich, creamy carbonara sauce.
  • Lamb Braciole: Tender lamb wrapped in imported prosciutto and stuffed with spinach, fresh herbs, pine nuts, asparagus and cheese.
  • Pork Saltimbocca: Pork scaloppini stuffed with imported prosciutto and fontina cheese in a fresh lemon sauce with sautéed spinach.
  • Pumpkin Spice Cannoli: Pumpkin ricotta cream filling made with traditional pumpkin spices.
